As the best knife sharpener Sydney has to offer, we provide a wide range of knife and tool sharpening services including the leading knife repair service in Sydney. (Please note – we currently do not offer handle repair). To many people's surprise we do offer serrated (bread) knife sharpening and sharpen a wide assortment of kitchen and gardening tools.

I have a locker system located in Freshwater so you can drop your items off contact free at any time that suits you.

Western & Japanese Knives
Knife-tech offers a specialised knife sharpening service for both Japanese knives and western (German) style knives.
Hunting Knife Sharpening
Hunting Knives welcome. Please note I will not sharpen swords.
Mobile Sharpening Service
I can come to you and sharpen knives, scissors and garden tools at your house. I ask that you have at least 8 items to sharpen. If you don’t then just ask your family, friends or neighbours to make up the numbers. I perform my knife sharpening from within my hassle free, mess-free, self powered van.
Japanese Whetstone & Abrasive Belt Sharpening
We offer 2 different knife sharpening methods -
1. Japanese Whetstones. 2. Structured abrasive belts.
Both methods will not harm your blades in any way and will result in beautifully sharp edges every time. (Please note sharpening by hand on the whetstones is a more time consuming and costly process).
I accept cash, Direct Deposit and carry a square reader that accepts all major credit cards after sharpening.
