This limited edition set includes two of the most popular blade shapes: the 8 Inch Chef’s knife and the
6 Inch Utility knife. The knives are a unique hybrid of western and Japanese design.

High carbon stainless steel Damascus blades and durable Pakkawood handles provide years of precise
and effortless slicing. The specially treated red and black Pakkawood evokes the image of a Kohen (Red
Flame). The Dual Core blades are comprised of 71 micro-layers of alternating VG2 & VG10 stainless
steel wear at different rates, creating micro-serrations to provide long-lasting cutting performance with
outstanding sharpness and durability. The pattern allows for smooth and effortless cutting.

The set is housed in a beautiful limited edition metal case and custom-fitted leather sheaths with
embossed Shun logo for storage and/or safe transportation.
